Leadership has agreed that all managers and supervisors are to participate in the new DEIB VR Learning Lab Sessions.
The DEI Virtual Reality Learning Lab creates an immersive and interactive training environment that fosters empathy, facilitates self-reflection, and enhances cultural competency amongst its participants. The lab will utilize state-of-the-art virtual reality technology to provide participants with realistic scenarios, enabling them to engage in experiential learning that explores various aspects of diversity and inclusion.
