The DEIB Virtual Reality Learning Lab aims to create an immersive and interactive training environment that fosters empathy, facilitates self-reflection, and enhances cultural competency among managers and supervisors at The Brien Center. The lab will utilize state-of-the-art virtual reality technology to provide participants with realistic scenarios, enabling them to engage in experiential learning that explores various aspects of diversity and inclusion.
